£72 - 1 hour initial consultation/follow up and treatment

Assessment includes:

  • Bladder/bowel and sexual dysfunction screening

  • Pelvic floor muscle assessment (internal vaginal examination)

  • Treatment 

  • Exercise Programme and advice

Women's Health MOT

£95 - 75 minute Women's Health MOT initial consultation

Specialist examination:

  • After the birth of your baby (both vaginal and cesarean) from 6 weeks and beyond (you may be seen 2 weeks after the birth of your baby provided you have not required stitches both internally and/or to the perineum)

  • If you are planning a pregnancy and want to prepare your body for the next 9 months and beyond
  • If you have a prolapse and want to avoid/prepare for surgery*
  • If you have urinary symptoms you'd like to improve

Assessment includes:

  • Full postural Musculoskeletal assessment

  • Bladder/bowel and sexual dysfunction screening

  • Abdominal muscle examination to assess for diastasis recti/strength and condition

  • Pelvic floor muscle assessment (internal vaginal examination)

  • Treatment plan and advice

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost of the appointment


A course of weekly Physiotherapy must be taken consecutively. 

If you wish to cancel a course of Physiotherapy, please give at least 48 hours notice for a full refund.

The cost of your home visit includes mileage within the York outer ring road. For home visits outside of York please contact for a mileage quote.

Payment accepted via card or direct bank transfer.

Electronic receipts are available upon request and fully itemised invoices can be requested by those using a cashback insurance scheme. Both receipts and invoices will be sent to the email address provided at booking.


Unfortunately, We do not accept direct insurance referrals. Apologies for any inconvenience. If you have cover that allows cash back on your claims, you are welcome to book in, pay up front and then use an itemised invoice and receipt to claim back the cost of your appointment.

*If you are wishing to be referred for a surgical opinion to reduce the symptoms of Pelvic Organ Prolapse or Urinary incontinence, you are required to have completed a 3 month physiotherapy programme prior to referral to gynaecology.  For more information please contact your GP and/or follow the link below
